An AI strategy your leadership can actually back.

We help you decide what AI should do for your business, where the value is, and in what order to go after it. You leave with a roadmap tied to outcomes, not technology trends.

How it works

Four steps from ambition to a funded plan

Short, structured and focused on decisions. We do the analysis between sessions so leadership time goes into choices, not status updates.

A consultant mapping a workflow strategy on a whiteboard
01

Listen and baseline

Leadership interviews and a quick review of your data, technology, skills and current AI activity. We find out what's already working.

02

Set the ambition

A leadership workshop to agree what AI should achieve, which outcomes matter most and the guardrails you'll operate within.

03

Map the value

We size the value pools across functions and build a long list of opportunities, each with an early view of value and feasibility.

04

Sequence the roadmap

Opportunities and foundations are ordered into three horizons, with the investment, capabilities and governance each one needs.

05

Launch

A final steering session confirms the plan, the owners and the first 90 days, ready to hand into use-case prioritization or the AI Factory.

The building blocks

A complete strategy covers more than use cases

Most AI strategies stop at a list of ideas. Ours connects the ambition to the foundations needed to deliver it, then lays it out over time.

Prove value fast

  • Two or three quick wins on existing data
  • Governance basics and risk tiers
  • Named owners and a portfolio view
Horizon 2 · Next

Build the foundations to scale

  • Shared data products and platforms
  • Operating model and AI Factory in place

Horizon 3 · Later

Make AI a capability

  • New AI-enabled products and services
  • Your teams run delivery themselves
  • Continuous value tracking
Illustrative example

A mid-size insurer with too many disconnected AI pilots

Situation
Several teams were running AI pilots with different vendors. The board asked for a single plan, and nobody could say which pilots were worth scaling.
Approach
Leadership interviews and a two-workshop sprint to agree the ambition, map value across claims, underwriting and service, and assess each pilot against the same criteria.
What they get
A board-approved ambition statement, a three-horizon roadmap, a clear decision to scale, pause or stop each pilot, and a 90-day plan with owners.

This is a representative scenario to show how the service works, not a description of a specific client.

FAQ

Common questions

We already have a digital strategy. Do we need a separate AI strategy?
Not always. We often build the AI strategy as a chapter of your existing digital or business strategy, so it uses the same goals and governance instead of competing with them.
Will you recommend specific vendors or platforms?
We'll recommend capabilities and selection criteria, and we can run a vendor evaluation if you want one. We don't resell software or take referral fees, so the advice stays independent.
How much leadership time does it take?
Typically a one-hour interview per leader, two half-day workshops and a final steering session. We do the analysis in between.
What happens after the roadmap?
Most clients move straight into use-case prioritization for the first wave, or into setting up the operating model and AI Factory. You can also take the roadmap forward on your own.
